Product Details

This research blend pairs CJC-1295 (No DAC) — a short-acting GHRH analog, also known as Modified GRF 1-29 — with Ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor secretagogue. Together they’re among the most-studied growth-hormone secretagogue combinations in the literature.

Why these two, and why No DAC
The pairing engages GH release through two complementary receptor systems at once: CJC-1295 acts on the GHRH receptor, Ipamorelin on the ghrelin receptor — often framed as “pressing the accelerator” (GHRH) while “releasing the brake” (ghrelin pathway). The No-DAC form of CJC-1295 is short-acting rather than sustained, producing a pulsatile profile that more closely mimics the body’s natural GH rhythm — the reason this form (not the multi-day DAC version) is the one typically studied in the combination.

Research context
This is a research-grade blend supplied for in-vitro and laboratory study only. Both components are investigational and not FDA-approved, and GH secretagogues are prohibited in sport under the WADA Prohibited List (Section S2). For full mechanism and literature, see our CJC-1295 Research Overview »

Prefer the components on their own? We also supply standalone CJC-1295 (Without DAC)  and Ipamorelin

Purity & testing
– ≥99% purity (this lot: 99.68% by HPLC)
– Lyophilized powder for laboratory reconstitution
– Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis — HPLC + mass spec, heavy metals, sterility, endotoxin
– ISO/IEC 17025-accredited third-party testing → View the COA »

Laboratory handling
Store lyophilized material cold and protected from light (long-term at −20 °C). After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within your protocol window. Confirm identity and purity against the batch COA before use.

Research FAQ
Why the No-DAC form instead of DAC? No-DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) is short-acting and pulsatile; the DAC form has a multi-day half-life and sustained profile. The pulsatile form is the one typically paired with Ipamorelin.
Why combine CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin? They act on different receptors (GHRH vs ghrelin), so they’re studied together for a complementary effect on GH pulsatility.
